These terms and conditions govern the use of our website iammanifesting.co.uk (our site). The site is operated by I Am Manifesting Ltd (we, our, us). By using this site, you (the customer) confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. We may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice by posting revised terms and conditions on our website.

  • Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

If you purchase goods from our site, our Terms and Conditions will apply to the sales.

1. Information About Us

1.3 If I Am Manifesting need to contact you, we will do so via email which we will send to the email address you provided when placing your order online, or via telephone using the telephone number you provided when placing you order online.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 Orders are placed through our website iammanifesting.co.uk . Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to purchase to your basket, you’ll be taken through to the checkout where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery, and billing information. Please check your order (e.g., the product(s), size(s), and delivery address) carefully before clicking the "Complete Order" or "Pay Now" (not sure if this is what they are called) button.

2.2 Your order is an offer from you to buy the products in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. It is at this point a formal contract will exist between you and us. When we acknowledge your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. This is the number you will need to quote should you need to contact us.

2.3 To shop on our website and place an order for our products, you must be at least 18 years old and have authorisation to use your chosen payment method. If you are under 18, any orders you place must be completed by a parent or guardian.

3. Our Rights to Cancel Your Order

3.1 If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason (such as the product being out of stock, unable to verify your billing details, delivery requested outside our shipping destinations, or incorrect pricing/description), we will notify you by email or telephone, and not charge you for that product.

3.2 Our products are for personal use only, unless by prior agreement. We may cancel any order that appears unusual or is suspected of obtaining products for commercial, business or resale purposes. 3.3 We may need to suspend supplying a product to:

3.3.1 Address technical issues or make minor technical changes.

3.3.2 Update the product to comply with relevant laws and regulations; and/or

3.3.3 Make changes to the product as notified to you.

4. Our Products

4.1 We offer apparel and accessories.

4.2 Images on our website are for illustration purposes only. We aim to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee an exact match to the physical product due to factors outside of our control.

5. Delivery

5.1 We do not currently ship to certain countries. Please see our Delivery Costs and Information page for a full list of countries that I Am Manifesting does not ship to.

5.3 Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges for delivery outside of the UK will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

5.4 When we are running promotions and offers, deliveries may take longer during these periods. When you place an order, you will be sent an email receipt and a tracking number which will give you your estimated delivery timescales. 

5.5 If delivery is delayed due to events outside of our control, like postal strikes, weather, etc., we will do our best to notify you by email.

5.6 If no one is available to accept the delivery and it can't be posted through your letterbox, the postal service will notify you of the attempt and provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or pickup.

6. Your Rights to End the Contract

6.1 You can end your contract with us at any time. Your rights when ending the contract depend on the products purchased, whether there are any defects, when you decide to end the contract, and other relevant factors as detailed below.

6.2 If the product is defective or substantially differs from its product description, you may have a legal right to end the contract and receive a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. We will provide free return shipping in the United Kingdom on faulty items.

6.3 You can immediately end the contract by notifying us if:

  • We have notified you of an upcoming change to the product or terms that you do not agree to.

  • We have notified you of a pricing error.

  • We notify you of significant delivery delays due to events outside our control.

  • We suspend supply for technical reasons for more than four weeks.

  • You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we did wrong.

We will provide a full refund for any items not yet provided if you end the contract for the above reasons.

7. Faulty Returns and Refunds

7.1 Once we receive your return, we will refund the price paid for the product(s) to your original payment method or replace the item as agreed. This includes any applicable delivery charges. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of us receiving back the faulty item.

8. Our Rights to End the Contract

8.1 Reasons for Ending. We may end the contract for a product at any time by contacting you if:

  • You do not provide necessary information for delivery within a reasonable timeframe when we request it, such as incomplete delivery address.

8.2 If we end the contract, we will refund any money paid for products that have not yet been dispatched/delivered.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 The price charged will be the price indicated on our website when you place your order. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but see section 9.4 for errors.

9.2 If the VAT rate changes between order placement and delivery, we will adjust the rate charged unless you have already paid in full.

9.3 Prices on our website are subject to change. If you place an order before a price change occurs, you will be charged the price displayed at the time of ordering.

9.4 Despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced on our website. We normally verify prices before processing orders. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price when you placed your order, we will charge you the lower amount. However, if we accept and process an order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we reserve the right to end the contract, refund any amounts paid, and require the return of any products provided. This applies in situations where the item's price is clearly far lower than its standard retail value, and the discount amount would seem unreasonable to an average customer. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but reserve the right to cancel orders with grossly incorrect prices, even after order confirmation.

9.5 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and GooglePay. Your payment method will not be charged until we dispatch your order, although a pending authorisation may display.

11. Our Liability for Loss or Damage

11.1 We are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or contemplated by both parties when entering into the contract.

11.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees/agents/contractors. We also do not limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your legal rights relating to the products, or defective products under consumer protection law.

11.3 We supply products for personal use only. We have no liability for any business losses if you use the products for commercial purposes.

12. Using Your Personal Information

12.1 We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Other Important Terms

13.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. If we plan to do this, we will contact you to inform you of the planned transfer. If you are unhappy, you may contact us within 7 days of being informed to end the contract and receive a refund for any products not yet provided.

13.2 You may only transfer your rights/obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.

13.3 This contract is only between you and I Am Manifesting Limited. No other person shall have any rights to enforce these terms.

13.4 We may change these terms occasionally and will post the most current version on our website. Please check before ordering.

13.5 Each paragraph in these terms operates separately. If any court decides one is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will still apply.

13.6 If we delay enforcing these terms or acting against you for breach, we can still enforce or act later.

13.7 These terms are governed by English law. You can bring proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.

14. Stay True to Our Brand

14.1 At I Am Manifesting Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing an authentic brand experience from our rigorously inspected products to our secure online store.

14.2 We take a zero-tolerance approach to counterfeits that undermine our standards of quality and safety.

14.3 We regularly remove fraudulent listings and profiles to prevent scams and fake goods.

14.4 In addition to taking down counterfeit sites, we also partner with investigators, legal advisors, and law enforcement to eliminate sources of ‘knock-offs’ globally. We stand behind every purchase with a commitment to our brand’s authenticity.

We may revise these terms of use at any time and will publish any changes on our website, without delay. Please check the website from time to time and take notice of any changes we have made, as they are binding to you.
