UK domestic shipping

1. Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.

3. Shipping Timeframes:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 7 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the shipping destination and external factors.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking information.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges.

For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.

Faulty Items?

Oh no! We’re so sorry you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our returns team (hello@iammanifesting.co.uk) with the details and photos so we can get this sorted for you.

Received the wrong item?

On the odd occasion you might get an item that you didn’t order. It doesn’t happen very often but if it does, please get in touch with us at hello@iammanifesting.co.uk  We will of course cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.
