What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable; Anything that’s made to your specific requirements is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

Faulty Items?

Oh no! We’re so sorry you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our returns team (support@iammanifesting.co.uk) with the details and photos so we can get this sorted for you.

Received the wrong item?

On the odd occasion you might get an item that you didn’t order. It doesn’t happen very often but if it does, please get in touch with us at support@iammanifesting.co.uk  We will of course cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add to or amend orders once they have been processed.

What happens with faulty items?

Oh no! We’re so sorry that you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with us at hello@iammanifesting.co.uk with the details and some photos and we can get this sorted for you.

Oh no, I’ve received the wrong item!

We do everything possible to make sure this doesn’t happen, but on occasion you might get an item that you didn’t order. Please don’t panic if it does, simply get in touch with us at support@iammanifesting.co.uk and we’ll get everything resolved. And of course, we will cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.

How long will my order take?

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail 48. This is a tracked 48-hour service, however once it has left our HQ we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail gods.

I’ve not received my order.

If you have not received your order, we would politely ask that you wait 10 days before contacting us. We are only able to track the item the same way as you. If your item has not been received after 14 days, we will open a claim with Royal Mail and look to send you a replacement.

Can you dispatch internationally?

Absolutely! There will of course be additional charges for international deliveries. I Am Manifesting Limited is based in the U.K. so If you live in a county where duty is payable on goods purchased from the U.K, then please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. You are responsible for any duty and customs that may become payable. We cannot be held responsible for custom delays.

The item I want is out of stock.

If you sign up to our ‘back in stock’ notifications on our product page, then we’ll be in touch when the item becomes available again.

Where can I find your size guides?

If you are unsure about which size to order, please check the size guides in the product description. The customer reviews on our website may also give you a better indication of which size to go for.
